Hi, I am Courtney (She/They). I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Yoga teacher and the owner of CTP. I currently have a waiting list for new clients. I am available for letter sessions for surgery. Please reach out if you would like to find out more. I provide therapy from an intersectional, healing-centered, body-inclusive perspective to create a safe space for you to examine, explore and connect to your most authentic version of self. I believe emotional wellness includes examining all the relationships you have, most importantly the one you have with yourself. This incorporates mind, body, and soul while navigating identity, community, culture, and the systems that exist within our environment.  Within our sessions, I will help you connect to your inner wisdom because I believe each person has the unique ability to heal themselves. I specialize with attachment & relationships, developmental trauma, deconstructing identity & spirituality, and healing relationships with food & body. I practice from an Anti-diet, Fat Positive and Health at Every Size framework. I am the community engagement co-chair for Charlotte Trans Health, an interdisciplinary community to provide gender affirming care.
